Currently doing UX Research at JPMorgan and Chase

I come from over 4 years of diverse research experiences with both qualitative and quantitative methods, with experiences gained through my multiple internships and classes. You can learn more in detail about my previous experiences on LinkedIn. In May 2021, I graduated with my masters from University of Southern California for Communication Management, where I took classes in business, communication, and tech/design.

What inspires me about research comes down to two reasons:

  1. Solving and creating impact: as we move forward into this digital first society, we need more user-centered first solutions so we have less frustrated users, which in turn, helps the business.

  2. Accessibility and inclusivity: I truly believe when when we create products that are accessible and inclusive, it can benefit the target audience and everyone else, leading it to have mass impact.

I also received my undergrad from USC Class of 2018, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude (B.A. Communication, Minor in Consumer Behavior). During my last two years at USC, I served as Co-Director of the Women's Leadership Society (WLS), where we promoted female advancement in technology, entertainment, and media. My responsibilities included spearheading speaker series, logistic of all 20+ events, budgeting, managing over 100+ members, creating member and executive board application systems, and representing the organization at campus-related functions. We brought in top-notch female speakers to interview them about their experiences working in traditionally male-dominated fields and how, if applicable, their time at USC has helped them career wise. Past speakers include: Willow Bay of USC Annenberg, Julie Haddon of NFL Media, Melissa Finney of Spotify, Claire Paull of Amazon, and Alex Taylor of Clique Media to name a few. Because of my work with WLS, I was awarded the Order of Troy, one of 97 undergrads who received this honor when I graduated.
